Maple Syrup Season is Coming Soon! – In late February, we’ll start producing maple
syrup. As in the past 12 years, all income from syrup sales goes to the church. If you’re
unable to help collect and cook sap or bottle syrup, your contributions to this community-
involved project could be the following purchases:
9 boxes narrow/regular mouth lids (Kerr, Ball, or Mason)
3 boxes wide mouth lids (Kerr, Ball, or Mason)
5 boxes narrow/regular mouth lids & screw top rings (Kerr, Ball, Mason)
We have been blessed with enough pint/quart/half-pint jars for this year’s anticipated
production. No need to buy new jars. However, if you’re cleaning your basement or find
bargains at estate sales or thrift stores, used Kerr, Ball, or Mason jars are welcome.
Drop off the above items in the Fellowship Hall or the vestibules between south or west doors.
