Our Youth Sharing God's Love...Caring for Community St. Olaf offers a rotational Sunday School program for youth ages 4 through 6th grade at 10:15 a.m. on Sundays - September through May. Vacation Bible School for preschool through 5th grade is held each August with older youth and adults leading the music, skits, teaching, crafts, snacks and games. We offer a "Together in Faith" class for 3rd graders and their parents and present them with their own Bible during a worship service. We offer First Communion classes for 4th & 5th graders each spring with First Communion being celebrated on Maundy Thursday. Confirmation classes for 7th, 8th & 9th graders are held on Sundays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. - September through May. Ninth graders are confirmed in May after completing two years of studying and taking part in the Confirmation program. Students are required to complete 25 hours of service each year. The retreats are always a highlight for the students each year. The High School Youth group meets on the first and third Sunday of each month at 7:30 p.m. for planned events and also takes part in service projects. Each summer the Senior High group participates in a mission or adventure trip, or Boundary Waters canoe trip. Justine Cadena is our youth director. She welcomes any comments or
