NEWS regarding Opportunities for YOUTH & Families
November, 2011
Mark your calendars so you won’t miss out & see you all at church
“CARDBOARD BOX CITY”
for Family Promise – serving the homeless
Many thanks to our St. Olaf group that participated in the Box City and asked for sponsors to donate to this worthy cause. Our group raised $762.00 and the whole Box City event raised over $22,000.00 to help homeless families. It sure looked like we were all having fun and we were glad our boxes didn’t get soaked when it rained at night.
“Punking”
Thanks to all the youth that have been going “punking”. Again, this fundraiser has created many stories, laughs, and been enjoyed by those that have been “punked”.
Cinna Buns Continue

The High School youth & their families are in charge of baking & selling the cinna buns on Sunday mornings in the Gathering area. Parents/youth: Remember to sign up for the Sundays that work best for you. (it’s easy and the directions are posted in the upstairs kitchen)
